Alghanim’s new corporate office space is located at the top of the monumental Al Hamra Business Tower skyscraper in the heart of Kuwait. These high-end offices include general open plan workstations and AV conference rooms, as well as executive spaces.
Our team reviewed project drawings to assess office layouts, and interior materials and then set design criteria to ensure privacy and separation. Our recommendations included background noise level criteria, requirements for wall construction based on sound transmission class ratings, and acoustically absorbent ceiling materials to control reverberation. We designed unique acoustical solutions to satisfy the expectations of private office occupants who were transitioning an open office environment. All of our guidance and recommendations provided Alghanim and Al Hamra’s mixed-use occupants with a luxurious, comfortable, and acoustically suitable working environment.
