Credit Suisse, the global financial services company whose headquarters are located at 11 Madison Avenue, New York, underwent a complete restack and selected our office to provide acoustical consulting.
Our services commenced with testing open and closed plan office articulation index and speech privacy where business groups are in close proximity. Our benchmarking was used to help Credit Suisse configure selections on workstation and ceiling types. Our findings at the existing closed plan offices were used in conjunction with testing a series of office front mock up assemblies to compare acoustic performance and noise reduction. Further study of conference rooms, dining, and amenity spaces were used to assist the design team in the details required to achieve desired levels of privacy as well as suitable surface finishes.
