Tiger Global Management moved its offices from Park Avenue to 9 West 57th Street, a tower space with a view of Central Park. The 32,000 SF project included conference rooms, open office and private office spaces, a boardroom, fitness center, and a trading room.
Our services included conducting a review of Tiger Global Management’s existing spaces at 101 Park Avenue—a combination of both private offices and open plan workstations coexisting with an enclosed trading department and conference and boardroom. We then used this information to evaluate acoustical issues and determine appropriate recommendations for the design of the new luxury spaces. To achieve acoustical isolation of the fitness center, we completed an analysis of a spring-isolated concrete floor for noise and vibration control. In collaboration with Tiger Global’s design team, we provided guidelines on how to make their new office a first-class working environment including more modern technology and amenities.
