Elliot Management Corporation expanded its headquarters’ offices at 40 West 57th Street and engaged our office as the project’s acoustical consultants. The project included similar layouts and programs as Elliot’s existing space in the same building, which included open office areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and video-conference rooms.
The project team, headed by Frank & Marcotullio Design Associates, included several members who worked on the design of previous floors for Elliot Management’s office fit-out, including the partners of Longman Lindsey, whose acoustical expertise was requested. Our team assessed the overall office construction, most especially the perimeter conditions at private offices where base building heating elements and blind pockets express through adjacent offices. We worked to ensure the highest levels of privacy and minimal background noise were achieved to satisfy the occupants of Elliot Management.
